  • OFFSHORE POSITIONS
    • All applicants must have good prior employment references and must pass a pre-placement physical and DOT drug screen.

      All applicants must have a TWIC Card or proof of TWIC Application in order to be considered eligible for employment (to learn more go to TWIC Website).

      MTV Masters 100T & Greater - Minimum Qualifications: Valid USCG license with Radio and Radar endorsements, and verifiable experience on offshore towing vessels working in the Gulf of Mexico engaged in towing, lay barge, and anchor work.

      MTV Relief Captains 100T & Greater - Minimum Qualifications: Valid USCG license with Radio and Radar endorsements, and verifiable experience on offshore towing vessels working in the Gulf of Mexico engaged in towing, lay barge, and anchor work.

      MTV Licensed Mates 100T & Greater - Minimum Qualifications: Valid USCG Mate or Master's license with Radio and Radar endorsements, and experience on offshore towing vessels working in the Gulf of Mexico. In many instances, Mates are also required to maintain an unmanned engine room and therefore must possess a basic mechanical background.

      Deckhands/Ordinary Seaman - Minimum Qualifications: This is an entry level position. No experience is necessary to apply for this position. However, preference is given to individuals who have prior work experience. A valid Merchant Mariners Document is required for the Ordinary Seaman position.

      ALL POSITIONS - Will be paid double for holidays worked - Christmas Day.
